Beautiful flavours of cream butter give a round sweetness and balance to this soft cheese. The touch of cow cream makes Kunik far richer and more flavorful than a brie-type cheese yet more subtle than similarly ripened goat cheeses.

Our newest creation is a unique blend of fresh goat, sheep and cow's milk. It has a complex flavor, a semi-firm texture and a white rind.
