Our artisanal goat farm is located in the beautiful town of Waterville in the heart of the Eastern Townships of Quebec. This is the beginning of every cheese we craft- slow curds, gentle hands, and milk shaped by the pastures of our region. Small herd. Big heart.
All of our goats precious milk is used to fabricate a variety of artisan cheese. We offer 3 types of ripened cheese as well as a fresh spreadable cheese available in 7 flavours!

Our personable herd of dairy goats all have their own name, and character too. 😉 They truly are part of our family! We have a mixed race including, Alpine, Saanen and Nubian goats. Our daily mission is to ensure the well being and happiness of our goats.

From May through to December, you can find us at our local seasonal farmers markets, where we proudly share our artisanal goat cheeses! We're honored to be part of the vibrant markets in North Hatley, Ayres Cliff and Compton - each one filled with passionate producers and fresh flavors.
